Surface work, done for you

Article 50 is surface work — disclosures, labels, marking, proof. DiscloseKit does exactly that work on your actual website, and nothing else.

Live surface scan

The scanner checks your site's actual rendered HTML for five things: AI-interaction disclosure near chat-like widgets; AI-generated content labelling language; /llms.txt presence; machine-readable marking hints (meta tags / C2PA-style markers); and a human-review / contact route for AI outputs.

Free checkers grade your answers. We scan your website.

Paste-ready disclosure copy in EN / DE / FR

Every missing disclosure comes back as exact copy you can paste — chat disclosures and content labels in English, German and French, versioned per surface, HTML-ready.

Marking register + evidence pack

The marking register (CSV) records asset, type, AI role, label text, marking method, human reviewer and date. The evidence pack carries a SHA-256 manifest — URL, 16-char HTML hash, check count and the failed check names — ready for procurement and professional review.

What the scanner discloses about itself

The scanner reads fetched/served HTML, not fully JS-rendered pages; rendered fetch is used where available and the limit is disclosed to the client. Machine-readable marking detection is hint-based, with the Pack's human-verified marking step per asset as the mechanism behind it. Technical surface scan only. Not legal advice or a compliance certificate.

The missing label is fixable this week.

Scan 3 business days. Pack 5 business days. Paste-ready disclosures in EN/DE/FR and the evidence pack your EU buyers are now asking for.
