What we hold, and why
DiscloseKit holds the minimum needed to scan your surfaces and deliver your pack: account details, intake fields, the HTML we scan, and the artifacts we build from it.
Data we process
- Account: name, email, and a hashed password (never the password itself)
- Intake: company, website URL(s), AI tools in use, EU markets / languages, package selected
- Scan data: the HTML of the surfaces you ask us to scan, its SHA-256 hash, and the findings produced
- Deliverables: report, marking register, disclosure snippets and evidence manifest, held in private storage
How it is used
Only to run your scan, assemble and deliver your pack, run Sentinel re-scans you subscribe to, and keep the audit trail of those actions. Evidence-pack artifacts are never public; downloads require your signed-in account or an operator.
